  Saturday night, watching the Texans vs Oakland game. Ordered two large pizzas for delivery. They arrived barely warm. I was about to put them in the oven for a quick reheat. Then I figured NO, I shouldn't have to reheat them at all. They should have been delivered hot.
  
  I call the store. Elderly woman on the phone says it's cold out tonight and that's why the pizzas are cold. Asked to speak to a manager. Manager said I ordered the pizzas without sauce, that is why they were cold. BS! I explained whether or not I wanted sauce, the pizzas should have been hot. I did not want free pizza, maybe a discount. Manager said she couldn't help me and the GM couldn't help me either. They basically blamed me for the cold pizza.
  
  Today I drive over to the store and reiterate last night's situation. After almost 15 minutes, the girl at the counter decides to give me a "satisfaction pizza". She said she would probably end up paying for it because the GM was not there and she was only an AGM. Their customer service is atrocious! Never ever will I order from that store again! All I wanted was a remedy to prevent such an experience again.
