They put the care, and attention to smoking the meat right, not into a pretty building. If it's a pretty day, they have picnic tables under some pecan trees so it is great to just sit outside. If you continue up Calvary road, and don't mind driving on a dirt road, Calvary road turns right, and continues into the national forest. A short drive and take the BBQ into the national forest for a picnic. :)December 27, 2016
